Raymond Grimaldi After receiving the items I purchased, I needed some clarification.
I was disappointed at first that there was no customer support phone number, only communication was through email. Very discouraging. Having no choice, I left an email, along with my cell phone number. To my pleasant surprise, I received a call within minutes of sending the email. The agent was knowledgeable and we quickly worked through the issue. A good ending to what I thought would be a rabbit-hole.
A Customer Service number would be best, but quick responses to emails will work as well.
